The Origin of Legendary German Piano

Eisenberg is a quiet district located about 340km northeast of Frankfurt. This tranquil little town has a population of 11,500, and it is the birthplace of the WILH. STEINBERG piano. You will find vast vineyards surrounding the town, creating a beautiful picture with the mix of buildings and green fields.

Meissen Ceramics is located in Dresden. For many years, it has been well known for creating the finest ceramics for use in the arts and crafts, successfully capturing the essence of European art culture. While staying in Dresden in the 19th century, the great composer, Mr Wilhem Richard Wagner created a few of his piano masterpieces using Meissen ceramics.

Besides carrying the deep musical roots of the European culture, Eisenberg also gathered the traditional piano-making techniques, making it the birthplace of the WILH. STEINBERG piano.

The essence of traditional German artistry has redefined the meaning of “German Craftsmanship”, perfectly illustrating the unique appeal of grand pianos. Whether it is wood, metal, or even the smallest of components, materials used in the WS-D275 are meticulously and rigorously selected to ensure that each piano faithfully and accurately interprets each performer’s unique interpretation. Thus making the WS-B211 deserving of representing the pinnacle of piano making.
