Shipping Fees FREE Delivery within West Malaysia (Subject to location accessibility & Ground floor with easy access only).

Deliveries to East Malaysia are calculated separately.

Floor Surcharges Standard delivery applies to ground floors only.

Moving the piano up/down floors via stairs will incur additional specialized labor charges.
Alternative Delivery & Accessibility In the event that a piano cannot safely clear a staircase or pathway due to complex, non-standard, or sharply angled structural designs, standard delivery terms will no longer apply.

Any alternative handling methods required to complete the delivery, including but not limited to specialized hoisting, crane services, or balcony entry, shall be borne entirely at the buyer’s expense.
Access & Dimensions Buyers are strictly responsible for measuring all doorways, corridors, and lift capacities prior to delivery.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to physical space constraints, the buyer will bear the cost of the return transport fee.
Tuning After Move Pianos need time to acclimate to new humidity levels.

We recommend waiting 1 week after delivery before booking your free tuning.
