Piano Rental Terms & Conditions

Monthly Rental Fee	RM150/month (Total RM900)	RM99/month (Total RM1,188)
Rental Deposit	Varies depending on piano model
Transportation Fee	RM360 (Klang Valley only) Charges vary outside Klang Valley Additional charges for upstairs delivery Two-way transport fee applies to: • One (1) delivery from Emusic to customer’s address • One (1) collection from the same address back to Emusic Relocations during rental (temporary or permanent, same/different premises) = separate service with additional charges at Emusic’s discretion
Payment Terms	Full payment required at contract signing: – Rental deposit – Full rental amount – Transportation fee – Any additional charges (if applicable) Deposit is refundable if all terms are met Deposit cannot be used to offset rental fees
Contract Renewal	Notify at least 2 weeks before contract ends Renew by paying within the last week of contract Failure to renew: piano will be reclaimed within one month
Early Termination	Remaining rental is forfeited Deposit will be refunded
Piano Exchange	Additional deposit and transport fees apply
Damage & Responsibility	Customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the piano while in their possession or under their control Must notify Emusic immediately; failure to do so may result in the customer being held fully responsible Repair/replacement cost determined by Emusic
Natural Disasters	Emusic is not liable for natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires, etc.) or unforeseen events 50% of the deposit will be deducted as damage coverage
Tuning Service	One free tuning included after delivery External technicians are not allowed
Transfer of Agreement	Strictly prohibited
Unresponsive Customer	Deposit forfeited after 1 month of no response
Piano Condition	All pianos are pre-owned and may show signs of use (visible scratches and minor cosmetic wear on the exterior) Fully inspected and in good playing condition
